about

Wrote the lyrics and melody to this song a few years back for a failed attempt at joining an existing band. I've been wanting to do something with this for a long time and finally figured this was how I wanted to bring it to life.

lyrics

She didn't do it.
She told everyone,
But no one believed her,
As blood covered her hands.

She had been crying.
So Delirious,
Stumbling over bodies
She's guilty where she stands.

Guilty where she stands.
Death covers her hands.
Guilty where she stands.

She doesn't know that
It's the second time.
I tell her now,
That she's done this before.

She's got flesh under
her finger nails.
She collects her self
and runs straight for the door.

Why can't I bear to run away?
I know she'll always be this way.
Everything else is so mundane.
I know this doesn't end today.

Guilty where she stands.
Death covers her hands
Guilty where she stands.

I'll never leave her,
She's my everything,
I'll be with her
forever until death.

I don't care if
She can never stop
Even though I'm sure
She'll be drawing my last breath.

Why can't I bear to run away?
I know she'll always be this way.
Everything else is so mundane.
Every day could be my last day.

I'm guilty where i stand.
Guilty where she stands.
